Yes you are absolutely right. It is difficult to decide which places in Switzerland are more beautiful than another. A small country in the heart of Europe offers much more than just good life (and chocolate).

Here are my top 3 places that I visited in the past few years and I think every hobby, insta or even professional photographer should visit them.

1. BLAUSEE

''Mein Gott'', this place is really amazing. Either you are a nature lover or not, I'm sure you're gonna love it. Blausee is located in Kandergrund in canton Bern. Turquoise blue lake carries a beautiful legend of a love story that you can read in front of the statue that is located in the water. There's even an option to take a ride with a boat on the lake. Anyway, since you will be in the middle of nowhere, I really suggest to take time for some pictures. You will find a lot of interesting corners with a nice views on the lake. Keep in mind you need to pay for entrance.

All Covid-19 information are available on their website :https://www.blausee.ch/

2. LANDWASSERVIADUKT

Another beautiful 24/7 place is located in canton Graubünden. You can take a beautiful picture of 65m high and 136 long railway bridge that belongs to UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a free parking space close by, from where a view of the viaduct can be reached by walking to left, or going a bit higher on the platform made for visitors to watch the trains come out of the tunnel. There is also a platform on the top right side of the viaduct. If you are lucky, you can even see the Bernina Express -the train that goes from Chur all the way to Tirano (IT) https://www.rhb.ch/en/panoramic-trains/bernina-express#timetable

3. RIGI

I've been in Luzern many times and every single time I looked up at the Rigi and I said to myself: " One day I'll be up there too", for so long, that one day it actually happened. If you can't or just don't feel like walking up there, there is a train that goes from Arth - Goldau all the way to the top. So swiss, right? https://www.rigi.ch/buchen/tickets?gclid=Cj0KCQjw38-DBhDpARIsADJ3kjmQ8S1Ytuf6mlQKP8LVmak-Go03v2UPqUU9NtJdRQ8oES1nom0cbCMaAvDxEALw_wcB

The weather that day was perfect to see very far far away. The Vierwaldstättersee made everything even more beautiful.
